Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

All OTC orders are processed within 1 business day unless otherwise disclosed to the customer. Orders received after 3pm may not ship until the following business day.

Orders that are received and entered on Fridays after 2pm will not ship until the following Monday.  In the event a holiday falls during the week a email communicating business hours and shipment policy for that specific holiday will be sent directly to each customer via email.  High volume times and manufacture back-orders may cause delays in shipments.  At the time of order customer will be notified if there are delays expected at the time of order placement or email.

 Shipping

  • Orders are shipped via FedEx ground unless otherwise specified. Shipping and handling charges are added to your invoice
  • There will be an additional $10.00 fee for all orders containing Cold Ship items. These orders will be shipped with cold packs in zip lock bags to ensure correct temperature controls without damaging the products.
  • Orders are shipped from Little Rock, AR
  • Orders outside the continental United States (including AK, HI, GU, PR) could be subject to higher shipping charges.

Special Orders

  • Special order items may take two weeks or more for delivery and are not returnable unless defective
  • Report any damaged shipments to delivery driver upon receipt to ensure proper credit
  • Damages and discrepancies must be reported within 2 business days to receive credit or replacement
  • Special orders are to be paid in full before order can be placed.
  • Special orders will have separate delivery fee.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

My Medical Supply will not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO.

Shipment confirmation and order tracking

Shipment confirmations are emailed to the customer at the time of shipment.  Tracking numbers are located on the Shipping Invoice. 

Customs, duties, and taxes

My Medical Supply is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

My Medical Supply is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.  In the event of damage please notify the contact person at My Medical Supply to help with trending data.

International Shipping Policy

My Medical Supply does not ship outside of the United States.
