Crystal Dawson is a proven leader with over 25 years of management experience. Her career started at Heilig-Meyers Furniture where key leadership development resulted in a location management designation. Subsequent work in the optical and healthcare industries has created additional pathways for Crystal to apply strategic leadership fundamentals resulting in regional management opportunities over a 20-year span. Coupled with this knowledge base, Crystal has enhanced her inventory management skillset by becoming the frame buyer for a multiple location organization. Understanding day-to-day operations is a strength Crystal utilizes to foster teammate interconnectedness while helping them achieve greater levels of success.
CEO – Managing Member/Owner
Dr. McDougall is a graduate of the Illinois College of Optometry and owned International Eyecare Centers, a 15-location retail eye care practice with one surgical center in the Midwest. He has operated LASIK surgery centers throughout the U.S. and has been involved in the development of several innovative industry technologies. Jack holds advisory board positions with numerous optical technology firms, has authored articles in several eye care industry publications and lectured at optical symposiums around the world.
VP, Business Development – Owner
Greg is a graduate of the University of Central Arkansas. After working in the energy sector and pharmaceutical sales, he started his own recruiting company placing doctors with facilities throughout the U.S. From there he was lured into the position of National Sales Manager by one of his clients. He then founded FOCUS Laboratories, an Rx company specializing in the ophthalmic industry. and he has since teamed up to start the ophthalmic supply company, My Medical Supply.
Chief Sales Officer
Josh is a graduate of Sam Houston State University. He began his career in broadcast marketing before moving into sales. He has over 15 years sales experience, most of which in the medical industry. He has created and grown sales teams from scratch to multi-million dollar producers and has managed teams ranging from 2 to 30. He has won multiple sales and core values awards and has conducted many sales training courses.
