Return Goods Policy
All returns must have a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number to receive credit. Please display the RMA number on the address label and include the RMA within the package. RMA numbers are valid for 7 business days following issuance. For an RMA number, call 501-218-8635

All returned merchandise is subject to the following terms:
- Pharmaceuticals, emergency response items, special order items, and other sensitized products are not eligible for return.
- Defective merchandise must be returned within 7 days after delivery.
- No merchandise is acceptable for return without original packaging and package inserts. Product must be in resalable condition.
- Discrepancies/defective items must be reported within 2 business days after delivery and must include pictures of damaged product.
- No returns will be accepted beyond 30 days after delivery.
- RMAs need a copy of the original invoice or invoice date and number for reference.
- We will not reimburse costs associated with an express/expedited shipping method.
The following general terms and conditions apply to all orders placed with My Medical Supply via web, phone, or email.

Payment Terms
- Payment is accepted via all major credit cards unless an open credit account has been established
- Terms are net 30 days on open accounts*. Statements are sent monthly. Payments on statements or invoice may be made by check, money order, ACH, or major credit card. All major credit cards are accepted Ask about having your open account set for monthly credit card auto-payment
